Individuals who are at least 25 years of age for males and 23 years for females on the first day of the academic year in which admission is sought, and who do not qualify under either Normal or Special Entry regulations, may apply for Mature Entry. Applicants must have passed at least five approved ‘O’ Level subjects, including English Language and Mathematics, and demonstrate potential suitability for university studies through relevant work experience or attainments. Candidates should have completed their full-time education at least five years prior to applying.

9.3.1 Applicants under the Mature Entry provisions may be required to attend interviews and/or special tests designed to assess their command of the English Language, numerical reasoning abilities, and overall suitability for admission to Bachelor’s degree studies.

9.3.2 Candidates who have previously attended Mature Entry tests and/or interviews without success will not be considered for admission under this category unless they have acquired relevant additional qualifications or experience since their last application.
