His expertise extends to the highest levels of regulation, currently serving as Chief Executive Officer of the Engineering Council of Zimbabwe. His formidable academic foundation includes an MBA in Strategic Management, a Bachelor of Engineering in Electrical & Electronics, and a Doctor of Engineering (Honoris Causa).

He is an accomplished professional with over 40 years of diverse international experience, holding an MBA from Nottingham Trent University (UK) and numerous executive development credentials from Oxford University, INSEAD, and other prestigious institutions. A retired banker turned commercial farmer. He currently serves as Chief Executive Officer of Windcrest Farm, his expertise spans strategic planning, corporate governance, business development, and fundraising, with a strong bias for modern technology and best practice implementation.
Eng. O. Maipisi

Eng. Owen Maipisi is a Civil/Structural Engineer and Project Management Professional (PMP) with over 20 years of experience in project management, construction, dam engineering, water and sanitation, and structural design. He holds a B.Sc. Honours Degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Zimbabwe and is a certified PMP, currently pursuing an MBA with Midlands State University. His expertise spans dam safety, design, construction, and water reticulation.

He is dedicated to creating environmentally sustainable, world-class built environments in Zimbabwe and across Africa. At the helm of Nyambuya & Associates, he oversees office and project management, concept and sketch designs, 3D visualizations, and technical construction drawings for residential, religious, and commercial projects of varying scale and complexity.
