Dr Blessing Mudavanhu is founder and president of Dura Capital, a risk analytics and advisory company. He served as the Group Chief Executive Officer of CBZ Holdings. He was also Acting Group CEO of African Banking Corporation (BancABC). BancABC is a pan-African bank with operations in several sub-Saharan African countries.

She has over 20 years’ professional experience in rural development, women economic empowerment, capacity building, agribusiness development, markets analysis and linkages, value chain development.

Mr Wisdom Siziba is currently the Town Planning Director at Bulawayo City Council. He is a holder of a Master of Science in Rural and Urban Planning from the University of Zimbabwe and a Bachelor of Science (Hons) Degree in Rural and Urban Planning from the University of Zimbabwe.

Mr Henry Nemaire is a Chartered Certified Accountant with vast experience gained from the transformation of Tanganda Tea Company from a single crop company into a diversified and efficient tea grower by global standards. Today, Tanganda produces 4 300kgs per hectare which is a global benchmark yield in the tea sector.

She is a Chartered Accountant with over 20 years’ experience in the financial services sector gained from various financial institutions. She is an alumnus of the Boulder Institute of Microfinance, the School of African Microfinance.
