Objectives
- The Bachelor of Science in Computer Systems Engineering Honours Degree is a four-year program (3 years for block release program). This programme is designed to create graduates who stand out with skills required to solve 21st century computer systems engineering problems.
- The programme aim is to combine an in-depth coverage of computing and its applications with a systematic approach to the design and construction of high quality software and systems.
- It is expected that a graduate will have to develop a product or process by applying their knowledge of mathematics, computing, systems and development tools.
- Develop mathematical models especially related to the research area of operations and apply them in the solution of practical problems.
- Make positive contributions to their community and society by applying skills and abilities learned during their undergraduate program in computer engineering and systems.
- Make decisions related to their work that demonstrate an understanding of the importance of being an ethical engineering professional.
- Apply their communication skills to effectively promote their ideas, goals, or products.
